Action Learning
We offer Action Learning to organisations, teams and peer groups.
Action Learning was developed by Professor Reg Ravens who pioneered a deceptively simple approach to human development in which small groups “learn from each other’s failures and victories” rather than from instruction.
Action Learning is a method of improving and developing organisations and individuals. It works in small groups, or sets, which meet regularly to find solutions for their work. It is facilitated, using open questioning and feedback to enable participants to learn from each other.
Meetings are structured to allow individuals time to reflect on issues in order to gain greater insight and understanding.
Facilitation is the key to the success of Action Learning and we offer trained facilitators who are experts at careful, intelligent questioning.
