The founder Nick Cromwell is especially interested in enabling people to overcome their limiting beliefs and helping them to meet their full potential. He has a particular interest in diversity and sustainability in the workplace.
We use an eclectic approach, which includes drawing upon Coaching Models, Individual Psychology, Action Learning, Learning Styles, Mindfulness and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Nick takes the lead on delivering coaching to board members, chief executives and leaders. In addition, we work with a select group of highly skilled and dedicated associates and partners who provide a wide range of services geared to developing people.
