Facilitation

We provide expert facilitation for teams in-house and on away-days. This can cover anything from improving relations between team members to Business Planning and developing your Strategic Vision.

Training

We provide one-day courses for managers on Coaching Skills. This covers an introduction to coaching, what makes a good coach, the manager as coach and use of coaching models.

360 Degree Feedback

We provide customised 360 degree feedback in partnership with Lumus 360 for individuals being coached, teams and groups of people participating in a coaching programme. 360 degree feedback is a really good way to gain a greater understanding of yourself and your colleagues.

Lumination© Coaching Tool

The Lumination© Coaching Tool, developed by Hazel Russo, is a highly interactive development resource. Designed as a board game, it may be facilitated between 2 – 6 participants or as a standalone coaching tool for individuals. It can be used for team development, for individuals who want to experience Lumination© in a small group setting, coach facilitation training for coaches who want to include Lumination© in their coaching toolkit and bespoke training for in-house coaches, L&D specialists and facilitators.

Psychometrics

We can help you with psychometrics to help you to understand how your traits can effect how you behave for yourself and with others and in teams.

Lifecoaching

We offer individual Lifecoaching with qualified and experienced coaches. Lifecoaching can increase confidence and self-esteem, improve work-life balance, alleviate stress, enable prioritisation, facilitate problem solving, build better communication at home and at work and assist choice.

Counselling

We offer individual person-centred counselling with a qualified and experienced counsellor. Counselling is especially useful in helping to manage complex emotional issues and to understand some of the drivers for their feelings.
