Nick has worked in a variety of sectors and professions, including Finance, Legal, IT, Education, Charity and Local Government. This gives him a unique ability to combine generalist knowledge with specialist expertise. He has particular experience coaching at senior level, including Board, CEO and Director.

Nick began his career in teaching. He worked in local government and housing and was head of a leading charitable organisation. He has held a variety of positions at Board level. He is an Accredited Master Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching, has been awarded Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) by the EMCC at Senior Practitioner level and holds an ILM Level 7 qualification in Coaching Supervision. He is an NLP Master Practitioner, a qualified project manager, a certified member of the Institute for Individual Psychology, certified in Hypnosis, trained in Action Learning and qualified in the use of psychometric assessments.
